Simple policy: ReachHawks provides a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial is intended to let you evaluate the product before paying. ReachHawks does not offer a general refund policy after a paid charge, except where applicable law requires a refund or we confirm a billing error.
1. Seven-day free trial
- The ReachHawks trial lasts 7 days unless a different trial period is clearly shown when you register.
- No credit card is required to start the standard trial.
- The standard trial does not automatically charge you when it ends. You must actively choose a paid plan or paid service.
- Trial features or limits may differ from paid-plan features.
2. Paid subscriptions
Once you choose a paid subscription and a charge is successfully processed, the payment is generally non-refundable. You are responsible for reviewing the selected plan, billing period, included limits and add-ons before completing purchase.
3. Renewals and cancellation
If a paid plan renews automatically, you can cancel before the next renewal date to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation normally stops future billing and does not create a refund for a billing period that has already started, unless required by law.
4. Add-ons, credits and usage-based features
Purchased verification credits, AI usage, additional workspace capacity, configuration services, manager support or other add-ons are non-refundable once activated, consumed or work has begun, unless the checkout terms expressly state otherwise or applicable law requires a refund.
5. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or charged an amount different from the checkout amount, contact us promptly at hello@reachhawks.com. We will review confirmed billing errors and correct them where appropriate.
6. Suspended or terminated accounts
Suspension or termination for prohibited use, fraud, spam, phishing, scams, abuse, unlawful marketing, security violations, non-payment or violation of the Terms of Service does not create an entitlement to a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes refund, cancellation or cooling-off rights that cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction. Where mandatory law provides stronger rights, those rights control.
