What ReachHawks is
ReachHawks is an outbound and inbound sales-engagement platform built to keep campaign sending, inbound lead capture, reply handling, CRM activity, Unibox, scheduling and workflow integrations in one connected system.
The product is designed for founders, startups, freelancers, agencies and sales teams that want a practical workflow without maintaining a large collection of disconnected tools.
Why we built it
Sales workflows often break at the handoff between sending, replies, calendars, CRM updates and reporting. ReachHawks is designed around the conversation after the send: capture the response, understand intent, act quickly, keep the CRM accurate and move qualified conversations toward a meeting.
Hawk AI
Hawk AI is the reply-handling layer inside ReachHawks. It can connect with supported AI models, learn business context from a website and uploaded documents, surface reply options in Slack in Assistant Mode, and move to automated conversation handling in Manager Mode when the user decides the training is ready.
Hawk AI can coordinate scheduling, tag leads, update CRM records and organize Unibox activity. LinkedIn conversations can be included when a supported third-party LinkedIn integration is connected.

Responsible use
ReachHawks is intended for lawful business communication. We do not permit scams, phishing, spam, hate or racist harassment, terrorism or violent-extremist activity, malware, deceptive marketing or other unlawful use. Users are responsible for lawful data collection, message content, recipient selection and compliance with applicable marketing and privacy law.
ReachHawks follows data-protection practices informed by GDPR principles, including purpose limitation, data minimization, access controls, deletion-request handling and not selling customer-uploaded data. We also design outreach workflows to support practices required by laws such as CAN-SPAM. ReachHawks does not currently claim ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification, and we do not claim that every customer configuration or use case is automatically GDPR-compliant. Legal compliance depends on your jurisdiction, lawful basis, data, recipients, configuration and third-party services.

ReachHawks is operated by Email Verse, LLC, the same parent company that operates Prospally. Each product has its own product positioning, users and policies, while Email Verse, LLC is the registered legal entity behind them.
